Expense to Expect

Recreational (Club) Classes - Expenses paid to SDS.

• Annual Registration Fee

• Monthly Tuition: Based upon how many hours your dancer(s) takes per week and is due on the 1st of every month. Throughout the season there are some days that have 2-5 classes per month, tuition will not be prorated for holidays or days we are closed.

• Late Fees: Late fees are applied on the 6th of every month, $20 penalty.

• Dance Attire and Shoes: Review our dress code for each style on our dress code page. Proper attire must be worn to each class in order to participate. You can also shop with us on our online boutique at Nimbly!

• Costumes: Dancers will perform in our June recital and will need a costume for each style they perform in. Costume payment will be broken into three payments: September, October and November. Costumes will be ordered during Winter Break.

• Production/Show Bundle: 48-hour advance access to purchase tickets in advance before released to the public, one shoutout in the program, one t-shirt and one trophy.

• Media Fee: An annual media fee to ensure that the end-of-year performances are professionally documented. This mandatory fee covers the costs associated with hiring professional videographers who capture high-quality videos of all performances. Each family will receive access to digital downloads of each show. This policy guarantees that all our students have beautifully preserved memories of their dance performance.

• Show Tickets: Tickets are purchases for admission into a SDS show/recitals. Ages 3 and under are free and must sit on an adult's lap. If ages 3 and under need to occupy a seat, then they will need a show ticket.

• Water Bottles & Hair Ties: Water is sold at $1 each and hair ties are sold at $0.50 each.

• Birthday Parties: This is an optional expense to add to your studio account. Stellar will host a dancing birthday party for your child and their friends. Email us directly at stellardanceoffice@gmail.com for more detailed information!

• Camp: During the year we will offer camp(s) on holidays or breaks throughout the school year.

• Summer Classes: Continue to train over the summer and stay active during the summer break.

• Withdraw/Cancellation Policy: A 30-day written notice is required to stop all payments and lessons from Stellar Dance Studio.
