Summer Camp 2026

Stellar Dance Studio’s Summer Camps offer themed, high-quality dance experiences for children ages 4–12. Each camp week is thoughtfully structured to balance movement, creativity, and rest in a positive, age-appropriate environment. No prior dance experience is required.

Each day includes dance classes, crafts, games, and a movie break to keep campers engaged, supported, and having fun.

Drop-Off: 8:30–9:00 AM
Pick-Up: 3:00–3:30 PM
Camp Length: 7 hours per day

Dates: June 29–July 3, 2026
Ages: 6–11
Styles: Broadway Tap, Jazz, and Commercial Pop

Week 3: Spellbound: Lifted by Magic Motion

Dates: July 13–17, 2026
Ages: 6–12
Styles: Aerial Arts & Jazz

Week 4: Clue-topia: Royal Crown Mystery

Camp Pricing

• Full Week: $250

• 4 Days: $230

• 3 Days: $190

• 2 Days: $134

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required per dancer, per camp to secure placement.

All payments made to Stellar Dance Studio are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of registration to hold your dancer’s spot. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the camp start date.

Daily Camp Schedule

8:30 AM – 9:15 AM: Welcome, Crafts & Games
9:15 AM – 10:15 AM: Dance Lesson #1
10:15 AM – 10:30 AM: Snack Break
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Dance Lesson #2
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Crafts
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Games
1:45 PM – 3:00 PM: Movie & Snack (One snack provided daily from us)
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Wrap-Up & Clean-Up

Stellar Dance Studio provides one additional snack daily and a Friday pizza party. Just pack extra snacks and a water on Friday.

What Campers Need to Bring

• Proper dance attire and dance shoes

• Packed a lunch, extra snacks, and a drink each day - preferably water.

• Pillow and blanket for movie time

What Should My Child Wear?

Leotard and leggings are recommended for comfort and ease of movement.

Dance Shoes by Style:

• Tap: Tap shoes

• Jazz: Jazz shoes

• Hip Hop or Commercial Pop: Sneakers

• Aerial Arts: Barefoot

• Ballet: Ballet shoes

How to Register

1. Complete the electronic waiver.

2. Download the SDS App.

3. Log in to your Parent Portal.

4. Select Activities.

5. Click Camps.

6. Find your camp and select View Sessions.

7. Click Enroll.

8. Select your dancer’s name and Add to Cart.

9. Choose Continue Shopping or Checkout Now.

10. Click Next: Payment.

11. Select your payment method or add new payment information.

12. Submit payment to complete registration.

    Important:
    If your dancer is attending less than a full week of camp, please text SDS at 231-389-5896 after registering so we can adjust your account to the correct 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day camp rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my child attend part-time or be picked up early?
Yes. Part-time attendance is available; however, pricing does not change. Please notify Stellar Dance Studio in advance if your child will arrive late or need early pick-up.

What if my child misses a day?
There are no make-up days or refunds for missed days.

Are deposits refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

Is there a discount for siblings?

No.

My child is not the age of the camp, can they still attend?

Camp ages are set intentionally to ensure safety, appropriate instruction, and the best experience for all campers. If your child is close to the listed age range, please contact Stellar Dance Studio before registering so we can help determine the best fit.

Can parents stay during camp hours?
No. Camp is a drop-off program. This helps campers stay focused and independent.

What if my child has allergies or medical needs?
Please note all allergies and medical information on the electronic waiver. Camp staff will be informed accordingly.

Are electronics or toys allowed at camp?
Please leave personal toys, electronics, and valuables at home. Stellar Dance Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

What happens if a camp fills?
Once a camp reaches capacity, a waitlist will be started. Families will be contacted if a spot becomes available.
